Intelligent wind tunnel system
Wind speed calibration accuracy: The maximum wind speed control accuracy can reach ± 0.01m/s, supporting dynamic calibration with a wide range of 0.01-30m/s.
Temperature and humidity calibration platform
Equipped with a comprehensive temperature and humidity calibrator (accuracy ± 0.1 ℃/± 1.5% RH), supporting calibration in a wide temperature range of -40 ℃~+120 ℃ and a humidity range of 0%~98% RH.
Using multi-point linear compensation technology, the sensor is finely calibrated at more than 20 points to eliminate nonlinear errors.
Full performance testing of finished products:
Multiple field coupling tests were conducted in a self-developed wind tunnel and temperature and humidity chamber to verify the accuracy stability of the product under extreme conditions such as -40 ℃~+85 ℃ and vibration acceleration ≤ 5g.
Each device comes with a calibration certificate that includes complete test data.
